  Hi All,
  Since the last update I have managed to train Benedikt Manstein, I temporally stopped while I raised enough funds to buy in a cheap rider (Namely Rudy Paez) to release Keith Fern. In Keith's Last Race he got himself a result of 11th a good way to bow out. I used the money brought in by the release of Keith Fern to buy Evan Riviere, which in his first race came 7th, 1 place behind the captain, What a way to stamp his mark on the team. Since then we have finally won our first race With Kishor Liuni being captain and Winner and Evan Riviere (5th) & Benedkit Manstein (10th).
  
  I used the money from the win and the sale of Oliver Fulk to buy in Samo Siko to the team which should hopefully give the team another step up. Results we have had since last update:

  I have put my High Discipline riders on to jobs, started my Merchandising shop and put the rest of my riders on break. I'll give it 3 days before planning the ride to allow the drivers to bring there Discipline higher.

  You shouldn't send your best riders (riviere in this case) to jobs. As they destroy the TS. And TS is very important in teammates.
